GReviewPilot (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and their end users. This policy explains what data we collect, how it’s used, and the control you have over your information.

Account data (name, email, company details)
Billing data processed by our payment provider
End-customer feedback submitted via review funnels

How we use information

We use data to provide and improve the service, personalize communications, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Data retention & control

You can export or delete your account data at any time within app settings. Customer feedback can be anonymized or purged per location according to your policy.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, enforce least-privilege access, and monitor for unauthorized activity. SOC2 compliance is in progress.

Your rights
