Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using GReviewPilot you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts

You must keep login credentials secure and are responsible for actions that occur within your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, reverse engineer, or attempt to access data without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate policies.

4. Payment & renewals

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the platform and associated IP. You retain rights to your content and grant us a limited license to operate the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for cause. Upon termination you remain responsible for unpaid fees.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws.
